My background lies within Livestock Sciences and Animal Technologies, although my main interests within this subject are related to Aquaculture. During my studies and especially during my experiences abroad, I developed a strong interest in fish welfare and fish nutrition. My PhD project focuses on lumpfish welfare and nutrition in on-growing farms with the aim of developing optimal nutritional requirements for juvenile lumpfish in farm conditions and when deployed in salmon sea cages.
